I am trying to find a car insurance company that will let me have every thing in my name and have her as the principal driver of my second car. The car is a complete piece of sh*t and she doesn't take care of it at all - the paint's dull, the rims are rusted - and I think she's trying to fix these things by making it like they were a result of me hitting her. The last claims representative I spoke with told me that I would not be contacted by the adjuster at all since there is no damage to my car.
